What Countries Play EuroMillions?
The first draw was Friday 13th February 2004. At the time only the UK, France and Spain had agreed to be involved.
Since launch six more countries quickly joined the initial three. With Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Portugal, Ireland and Austria all joining for the draw on 8 October 2004. Jackpots now often reach in excess of 50 Million Euros, and on occassions go above 100 Million Euros.
Whilst no other countries have joined EuroMillions since 2004, it is still expected that other European lotteries will follow. And when they do those jackpots will only get even bigger still.
